Why a Marine built this

Twenty years in the United States Marine Corps teaches you one thing above everything else: small teams win when they stop wasting time on the wrong things. I retired and looked at what was killing the small businesses around me — the HVAC shops, plumbers, roofers, electricians, the ones I grew up around — and the same answer came back over and over: they were losing jobs because they couldn't get to the phone in time.
