What happens after my 7-day trial ends?
Your card on file is auto-charged the monthly amount. If you want to cancel before the trial ends, just text us or use the cancel link in your welcome email — you'll only have paid the setup fee, and we'll refund half of it as a courtesy if you cancel within the trial period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Most shops start on Pro or Premium and move up as they see what the AI is doing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; upgrades take effect immediately, prorated.
What if a caller really wants a human?
The AI captures their name, callback number, reason for the call, and any context you'd need, then fires an instant SMS + email to you with the full transcript. We don't bridge the live call — this is intentional. Live transfers fail more often than they help (carrier blocks, dropped calls, the wrong tech picking up), and the asynchronous handoff means you call back when you're actually able to take the call. Most operators tell us they prefer it. You'll never miss a "real person needed" request.
