Refund Policy

We want every Anchor Point customer to be confident in their decision. Here's our straightforward refund policy.

7-Day Free Trial

We don't charge anything during your 7-day trial. There's nothing to refund — if you cancel during the trial, you don't pay.

The trial begins the moment you forward your business phone number to your AI receptionist.

After the Trial

Standard cancellation. You can cancel at any time. We don't charge for partial months going forward, but we don't refund the current billing month. You keep using the Service through the end of the month you've already paid for.

Material service failure refund. If we materially fail to deliver the Service in your first 30 days post-trial, you can request a refund of your first month's subscription fee. "Material failure" means things like:

  • More than 24 consecutive hours of downtime where your phone went unanswered
  • Failure to answer more than 10% of inbound calls during your normal business hours
  • Systematic failure to transfer designated emergency calls

Setup fee. Setup fees are non-refundable, with one exception: if we fail to deploy your Service within 14 days of your kickoff call, we'll refund the setup fee in full.

What We Don't Refund

  • Months you've already used the Service (we don't pro-rate)
  • Cancellations because of a change of mind
  • Cancellations because the Service didn't generate the leads or revenue you expected (we provide the platform; we don't guarantee outcomes)
